Warranty Policy

Duration of the Warranty:

All paddle rackets sold on Templeofpadel.com come with a warranty that lasts 6 months from the date of purchase.

What does this warranty cover?

This warranty extends only to manufacturing defects. It does not include breakages, damages, or defects derived from misuse, shocks, or inappropriate handling by the customer.

General Exclusions from Warranty:

• Playing in damp conditions, using a wet ball, or hitting objects other than paddle balls with the racket.

• Using the racket to pick up balls from the ground.

• Striking the racket against parts of the body or other objects.

• Exposing the racket to direct sunlight for extended periods or leaving it in very hot environments, such as inside a car.

• Damage from impacts, accidents, or rough handling not due to manufacturing defects.

• Deterioration from normal usage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Important Note:

This policy is used as a standard to provide an idea of general warranty coverage. However, each brand may have its specific warranty policy, and these may vary. Padel & pickleball rackets are all handmade, therefore it cannot be all be made 100% the same way.

Padel & Picleball rackets are used to hit other objects (balls), and this wear and tear from constantly hitting the rackets creates abrasion and deterioration. Such deterioration doesn't affect the performance but receiving the impact does cause the product to have a shorter lifespan.
